Free English language test and movie tickets!
Paragon Testing Enterprises is inviting individuals to experience a college and university level English language proficiency test for FREE.
When: Friday, January 13 and Saturday, January 14
Where: Paragon’s Vancouver and Toronto test centres
To be eligible for the free pilot test, individuals must meet at least two of the following criteria:
- Age 17 to 25
- Non-native English speaker
- Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate level college or university program
- Enrolled in an English for Academic Purposes (EAP) program
- Enrolled in an English as a Second Language (ESL) program
The pilot test is completed over the computer, and will last approximately 3.5 hours. Participants will receive the following:
- The opportunity to practice taking academic listening, speaking, reading, and writing questions in a real test environment.
- Experience and confidence taking a computer delivered test.
- Detailed Listening and Reading scores that are broken down into four categories: overall, understanding general meaning, understanding specific details and making inferences. Scores are reported as percentages making it easier for test takers to know how many questions they answered correctly in each category and what category they may need to focus on.
