These responsibilities include direct responsibility for administering and delivering examinations and instructional products, establishing expanded test centres as needed, providing client services to test delivery centres, and participating in software development for test delivery and operations. They also include joint responsibility with the Manager, Customer Service, for providing customer service to prospective test candidates. This position is based in our headquarters on the UBC Point Grey campus, Vancouver.
